Kangtong has been purchasing couple of equipment from local and oversea marketing which included machining equipment such as CNC, turn-mill machines but also customized auto SMT and auto inspection equipment from Germany to place in 100K grade dust-free plant for best quality controlling.

3.Progressive information management system ERP is the key tool to enhance efficient communication between Kangtong team since we developed and customized special ERP procedure in 2016 that increased working efficiency and reduced wastage in process and production management based on the ERP data.

4.Progressive field management is a guarantee for mass production. Kangton has been implement prevent management system based on IATF16949 and in the meantime we also consolidate and enhance field management level to go through normalization, dynamic, activity, humanization and study.
